[brlug-general] resizing ntfs

Well, since Suse 7.2 has given me no problems so far, I was thinking about
just doing a fresh install of it.  During the Yast2 install, it has a handy
partition utility that will resize your partitions.  It'll even make fat32
partitions if you want during the install.
