I think Novell will continue to develop great products
based on their new Linux acqusitions. At this point there
is no reason to think otherwise. So far the products they
have produced to run on linux have been rock solid.
We've been using their eDirectory on 3 linux boxes for about
1 year and we haven't had a problem.
Perhaps Novell can bring consistency to a Linux desktop.
Such as make sure that any app based on Java will work
regardless of the version.
I think they will make some great products in the future,
however, time will tell.
