[brlug-general] logging retransmits

Two points for anyone that can tell me how to log tcp retransmits or
duplicate ACKs from the command line with tcpdump or ethereal (or anything
else).  Ethereal shows them in the GUI, but i'd like to log for stats
purposes.  I know some retrans are normal, so i'm trying to get a baseline
on what is normal and what is excessive.
