strange. they used to be in BR years ago.. .now they want back in?

I have mixed feelings about the controversy that Cox brings up.
One the one hand, they should be held to the same standard as everyone else, but
on the other hand, i would like to see local businesses get some
advantages over national business.

what do you guys think?
